If the product is not as you expected, I'll refund your money.  If quality fails, I'll refund your money.  Most items are made to order, therefore, size exchanges probably can't happen.  But, you never know, I may have one that I can switch out.  You can always ask.  :)

Items are always available for pick-up.  Shipping is available as well!  If you are part of a group ordering from a "collection," you'll have a pick-up spot with your organization to avoid those shipping costs!
